We are happy to offer a flexible return policy to ensure you receive the perfect fit.
Returns & Exchanges
Regular-priced items may be returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date for:
- An exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability)
- Store credit
Store credit has no expiration date and may be used toward any future purchase.
Please note that refunds are not available, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags intact
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Bianca Bikinis reserves the right to refuse any return that is damaged, improperly packaged, or no longer suitable for resale.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date to qualify for a replacement.
If the item is available, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Sale Items
All SALE items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Information
Returns received after the 10-day return period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Bianca Bikinis reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit in cases of misuse or abuse of this policy.
