How do I choose the right size?

I’m between sizes. Which size should I choose?
As a general recommendation, we suggest sizing up for bikini tops if you prefer additional coverage or support.
Our bikini bottoms feature a flattering cheeky cut. If you prefer slightly more coverage, we recommend choosing one of our fuller coverage styles rather than simply sizing up.
Are your swimsuits seamless?
Yes. All Bianca Bikinis swimwear is designed with a seamless finish for a smooth, second-skin feel. Every piece is double-lined for comfort, support and durability.
Do your bikini tops include padding?
Selected styles are designed with pockets to accommodate removable padding if desired. Please refer to the product description for details on each style or contact us if you’d like personalised assistance.
Which style is best for my body shape?
Our collections are designed to be mixed and matched, allowing you to create the combination that best suits your style and body. If you’d like personalised recommendations, our team will be happy to help.
Product Care
How should I care for my swimwear?
To preserve the quality and longevity of your swimsuit, we recommend:
- Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Do not bleach or tumble dry.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Rinse thoroughly after swimming in salt water or chlorine.
- Avoid prolonged contact with oils, tanning products and tinted sunscreen.
With the proper care, your Bianca Bikinis swimsuit will maintain its shape and colour season after season.

Do you offer custom-made swimwear?
At this time we do not offer bespoke swimwear. Our separates are designed to be mixed and matched, allowing you to create the combination that best suits your style.
An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some of our most-loved styles sell out quickly. While we regularly replenish selected styles, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I purchase Bianca Bikinis?
Our full collection is available exclusively online.

Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Where are you based?
Bianca Bikinis is based in Rome, Italy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Italy: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 4–5 business days
- International: 5–6 business days
Please note that customs clearance may result in additional delays for international orders.
My order hasn’t shipped yet. What should I do?
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after this period, please check your spam folder before contacting us at info@biancabikinis.com.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Regular-priced items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for:
- An exchange (subject to availability)
- Store credit
Refunds are not available.

Are sale items eligible for return?
No. All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@biancabikinis.com.
If your item is confirmed to be defective and returned within 10 days of delivery, we will replace it whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Why was my return declined?
Returns may be refused if:
- the return request was made after the 10-day return period;
- the item shows signs of wear, washing or damage;
- tags or original packaging are missing;
- the product is not returned in its original resaleable condition.
Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
