Return and Exchange

BiancaBikinis offers a flexible return and exchange policy to make sure you are getting exactly the product you want! 

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a different size, colour, or store credit.

Store credit will never expire. Refunds are not available. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are not included, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original condition and packaging. If these conditions are not met, no credit or exchange will be issued. Returned merchandise which does not meat these conditions will be returned to the purchaser with the purchase being responsible for theshipping costs. In this case, all further claims will be forfeited. Bianca Bikinis reserves the right to refuse any return that is poorly packaged or damaged in a way that renders the items unsaleable.

Defective merchandise will be replaced if the item is still in stock. The defective item must be returned to our office within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date or will not qualify for a return.
 Bianca Bikinis will cover the cost of shipping to replace defective merchandise. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.

All SALE merchandise are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.  

Returns received after the 10 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Bianca Bikinis reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to purchasers who abuse the return and exchange policies.
