What is seamless swimwear?
Seamless means there is no visible elastic band on the suit and nothing digging into your skin. Our suits are double fabric lined and sit on your body like a second skin!
What style do you recommend for my body type?
Check out our tops and bottoms and mix and match them to see what pieces work best together and find your own personal style!
I am in between sizes on your size chart. Should I order a size up or size down?
This depends on the suit. We recommend ordering a size up for the tops. For the bottoms, keep in mind that our bikini bottoms all have a cheeky cut, but ordering up a size will not necessarily be the best option if you are looking for more coverage. We do offer more coverage bottoms such as the Amalfi, Lipari and Pompei bottoms.
Do any of your bikini tops have padding?
All our tops are seamless and include removable pads except for the Sorrento, Filicudi, and Lipari designs.
What is the coverage like on your bikini bottoms?
We are all about that sexy European style. All of our bottoms have a cheeky cut which is the perfect balance between revealing and flattering. The cheeky style is designed to make a smaller butt look fuller, and enhance the shape of a larger butt!
Do you have any tips for caring for my Bianca Bikinis suit?
Once you have a Bianca Bikinis suit, you'll want to take good care of it to maintain the high quality. To do so, hand wash in cold water and use a mild detergent. No bleach. Lay flat in the shade to dry. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.

I’m in Italy, when will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order was placed during a promotional sale, please expect up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped through GLS, it should arrive in 1-2 business days.
I am an international customer. When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order was placed during a promotional sale, please expect up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped through UPS, you will receive en email from the courier and it should arrive in 3-6 business days.
I placed my order a few days ago and it has not shipped yet. There is a pending charge on my credit card. What's going on?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Please check your junk email folder as we may have attempted to contact you. Contact us immediately at info@biancabikinis.com if your order still has not shipped after 3 business days (with the exception of the holiday season, when processing times can be as long as 5 business days).
UPS sent me an extra bill. What is it and do I have to pay?
You may receive a bill from UPS for customs tax and/or duty depending on your location. We understand that these extra fees are inconvenient, however they are set based on the importing laws of your country and are required to be paid.
Your website declined my credit card, but I see multiple pending charges on my card. How can I get this removed?
If your credit card has been declined, your order may have been rejected due to a billing address or zip code mismatch. You may want to contact your bank to verify this information. Each time you attempt to make a charge that is declined, another pending charge will appear. It should take 1-3 business days for the temporary charges to be removed. Your credit card will never be charged unless your credit card is approved.
RETURN POLICY
Absolutely. We want to make sure you LOVE your bikini. We have a flexible return policy, which is outlined here.
Do I have to pay to return the item(s) to you?
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf or by fault of the manufacturer.
I ordered my swimsuit on sale. Can I return my item if it doesn't fit?
All orders purchased on sale are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned as stated at purchase. We recommend knowing your Bianca Bikinis size before you order sale merchandise to ensure you will be happy with your suit.
I have received a faulty item. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We use high quality fabrics and build your swimsuit to last, but keep in mind that we are not liable for issues that result from general wear and tear. Use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend hand washing our products in cold water and rinsing well after use.
My returns was rejected. Why?
Bianca Bikinis carries strict return requirements in the interest of other customers as well as hygiene. Your return could be rejected for the following reasons:
-You contacted us for a return outside the 10-day return period
-The item was returned without the original tags and with packaging missing
-The item is damaged and/or marked
We will only accept returns on products which are in a re-sellable condition. Please be aware of this rule when packing items to be returned. Should your returns be rejected, we will discuss the reasons with you via email and return the original item to you once you have paid for return postage.
